this morning

I have decided that I really need to get fit again...
so out of bed early and went for a 30 minute walk,
nearly killed me!
but I'm determined, every morning except the weekends, 
will be an early morning walk....

Good for you. I can swear by this approach. After a while your day won't feel right without a morning walk to start. You can do it!

Good luck on your walks! We all should do so at least for 30 minutes every day, but not easy . Happy quilting, as well then :))
