so on go some borders, finish off the stitchery and let's have a look...

annoyed that it was too small, but a small fix and it's OK.

the instructions etc were excellent, just my crap paper piecing skills in question!

anyway it's done, and WILL NOT BE REPEATED!

on to the next block which is ALL embroidery!

4" tin swap for my partner

this is what I sent to Cheryl who was my partner in the swap

 some lovely Australian themed fabric..
bought some for me too, Christmas project in mind!

 filled my little tin up with some things I thought Cheryl would like,
and lucky me, she does!
