just spent time stitching the afternoon away in lovely Winter sunshine....

making slow progress on this gorgeous Rosalie Quinlan design

never seem to get enough time to just sit and stitch these days!

for a friend

 made this for a friend at work who has just purchased her first home....

something for her table,

something to nibble on,

something to get ideas from for the kitchen....

 had lots of little bits leftover over...

and they became this,

for me!

testing out my very rusty FMQ skills with some pebble quilting!

don't look too closely....

going to bind with hot pink polka dots (if I have enough left!)
